The “Hearts of Hope Art Show and Silent Auction” featured unique heart-shaped artworks by regional artists to support the El Paso Children’s Hospital Foundation’s Healing Arts Program, which helps young patients and families heal through art.
The El Paso Children’s Hospital Foundation partnered with the Art & Framing Gallery this past weekend to host the “Hearts of Hope Art Show and Silent Auction.” This inspiring event showcased a collection of unique, handcrafted 3D heart-shaped MDF boards, each transformed into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece by talented regional artists, including Mario Ulloa, Chris Ibarra, Francisco Romero, Salud Carrillo-Silva, Daniel Padilla, and Susana Alvarado. The 3D heart boards were handcrafted by Chris Ibarra, adding a special touch to the collaborative effort.
The proceeds from the auction directly benefited the Foundation’s Healing Arts Program at El Paso Children’s Hospital. This transformative program creates a therapeutic space where children and their families can connect, express themselves, and enjoy meaningful moments together through art, all while enhancing the hospital environment with creativity and hope.
Gallery owner Joe Paredes praised the initiative, stating, “I am profoundly grateful for what the El Paso Children’s Hospital Foundation does for our community. This art show offers a heartfelt opportunity for us to support pediatric patients who deserve nothing but the best healthcare.”
The “Hearts of Hope” event beautifully captured the power of collaboration, creativity, and compassion, uniting the community to support the healing and well-being of children across the region.
